No,Reese WitherspoonandKevin Costnerare not in a relationship, despite online rumors.
After speculation that the Oscar winners were romantic floated on social media and in some reports, a rep for Witherspoon, 47, told PEOPLE Thursday: “This story is completely fabricated and not true.”
This isn’t the first time in recent months that Witherspoon’s rep has denied rumors of a coupling with another recently divorced celebrity. Back in April, reps for both theWildactress and Tom Brady denied they were seeing each other. A source at the time added that the two had never even met.

“It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we havemade the difficult decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together,” they said in the March statement.
They share son Tennessee, 11, and Witherspoon is also mom toAva, 24, and sonDeacon, 20, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
“Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter,” Witherspoon and Toth added. “These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. We truly appreciate everyone’s respect for our family’s privacy at this time.”

Meanwhile, Costner, 68, shares three kids with now-ex-wifeChristine, who filed for divorce in Maylisting their date of separation as April 11. They originally married back in September 2004. After months of contentious court proceedings, theYellowstoneactor and Christinereached a divorce settlement in September.
“Kevin is relieved that this matter has been settled and will continue to focus solely on jointly raising their three children,” a source told PEOPLE at the time. The exes share Cayden, 16, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13.
