AirPort Extreme ( one would hope that Apple of all company would have avoided yield it such a mute name – but at least they did n’t spell out it “ Xtreme ” ) will practice the novel 802.11 one thousand standard for Wi - Fi , which is about five clip faster than 802.11b .
