If you grow up on the space travel thrills and drama ofSpace Cruiser Yamato(orStar Blazersin the U.S. ) , then this newfangled trailer for the new Yamato motion picture will get your blood pump nicely .
Weweren’t too impressedwith the longer , somewhat noble drone for the new Yamato movie back in June . But this new trailer , ( which seems to be two trailer stuck together ) hits all the correct notes — there ’s some of the same footage of Yamato bursting out of the frosting , plus deadly comets and evil snarling hoi polloi . Derek Wildstar looks at a photo of his fallen master . And then — quad battles ! burst ! Lasers and missile flying in the emptiness ! And finally … yes ! The wave move gun !
